getWindow() returns error for UWP apps.
If run UWP app like exec.Command("calc.exe"), terminator will return StopResult of Root process as "Stopped" but calc.exe will continue working.
If add delay between start of the app and call to terminator.Stop(), terminator will print "Stop failed with: process does not exist" and Root process in StopResult will contain invalid PID (not the one of calc.exe).
