Good find, I forgot to consider this when moving to percentage-based top/left positioning. This should be fixed now, and snowStorm will automatically flip usePixelPosition on if the body is position: relative at init. Let me know if it's still an issue for you.

Thanks for reporting the issue, I had overlooked that in the last release and forgot that %-based top/left values would do that when the parent element is relative. This also affected cases where a user may have specified an element other than the body to append to, using targetElement.
