How to change the devServer host about vuetober HOT 2 OPEN

Hmm, it looks like we don't have a way to override the public path in development. You could try messing with this value. If it works, I would happily accept a PR allowing us to override this with a value from the vuetober config 👍

There by chance (I'm searching a way to implement vue in a plugin's component): @lackneets you should use the devServer proxy parameter:

    options.devServer = {
        disableHostCheck: true,
        public: 'http://localhost:8080',,
        proxy: 'https://my-machine:9999'
    };

Doing this, you will still go to to localhost:8080 but all the assets from my-machine should work.

I'm using this config in my tailwindcss boilerplate package: the browser load localhost, but all assets is loaded from my APP_URL.
