it seems like some of the commits for the 'intro numpy' break the 'image processing'.

We discussed this a bit with @pv, and I believe that he is working on
fixing that. After this is fixed, we can cherry pick from emmanuelle's
branch.

I think the issue was also the plot settings in conf.py (5a387d9).
@emmanuelle what was the exact problem?

Oh, sorry, i just now saw that you have removed that exact code in both options. Next step is probably to test this with the image processing tutorial.

Hi,

i made a branch pu:

This contains the oldplot branch. We (Gael + I) decided to use the old version of the plot as an interim solution. In the long run we would however like to get away from the plot extension and instead devise a scheme for people to inlclude graphics directly. This would save us future problems like this one. Sphinx directives such as literalinclude may help here.

The pu branch also contains a cherry pick of d299916 for the image processing tutorial. Also the image processing tutorial graphics now have the right size again.
@emmanuelle if you have a minute please just have a quick look and let me know if i can merge this to master.

Also note that on my machine [TM] this currently only builds with a HG version of Sphinx.... yeah....

I think that this is fixed and that we can close the issue. @esc can you confirm, please?
