Complement function for "pick" about ndarray HOT 4 CLOSED

The problem with this is that it would require allocating memory. You can realize this behavior using ndarray-ops and reallocating the memory yourself if you like.

but: i found the solution: with assign from ndarray-ops. I see that you can assign to a pick selection. that is an acceptable solution

@ctzurcanu: late on this issue, but I added a couple functions to do this. They just use ndarray-ops anyway but handle the thinking for you. Allows either with allocation or into a destination array.
