For some reason, actor is not getting triggered when the fileset in on a separate row. To figure out...
The job is triggered by the actor, if it has attached files. But from LaRita saw, she doesn't think it's getting to the actor at all.
This works when the file is on the same row as the parent.
identify what in the env is missing when you come in as a FileSet instead of with the parent.
actor = IiifPrint ...
