Created a features list section of the wiki, copied from NewspaperWorks for starters.
My plan is to comb through this, as well as our PRs. We'll need to Update referenced links too.
Additionally, I will add a section about which features are configurable.
It will also be helpful to open this task up to be a team effort, to ensure nothing is missed. cc @kirkkwang @laritakr
