Should be all good now; I'm currently working on making the blacklisting faaar less agressive, which should help put a stop to these issues!

I wasn't able to replicate the issue sorry (the link worked fine for me as well), but it may have been a corrupted cache on your countries local cloudflare ray- I've done a full ray purge and cleared the cache from the gitcdn servers as well. Should fix both of your issues, but if @Arnie97's issue isn't sorted by this, please post the link to the non-working file, and a screenshot of what you see (or a network inspector dump, or whatever, haha)
