Implemented step variants, although without diff-distances or fast-forward stepping. It would be possible to add stepping directly to the next occurence (and not the steps inbetween) or to step to the next scenario. A diff-distance approach is much more difficult and, I would say, is a over-kill at this point of the project.
Feel free to reopen this issue, if the need for a more sophisticated approach persists.

100% agree ... Keep it as simple as possible. First we have to focus on finishing the most basic functionality (as currently available in our project's prototype).

The improving of this functionality can be added later (as a new user story!)
