Can we adjust the spec for new to NOT require the organisation, and also to provide a default prefix to the repo name if the organisation is missing? - that is, if organisation is omitted (there's just a string with no / in it) then we default to lunatech-labs/cmt-template-<repo>...?
Reason being it would be a nicer experience to do
cmta new -t scala
than to have to type
cmta new -t lunatech-labs/cmt-template-scala
