better gamehud when spectating about p1xbraten HOT 2 CLOSED

p1xbraten should come with a default spechud script that (when server is locked) shows a list of all players (except specs, grouped by teams), with dead players grayed out. a addtospechud command could be provided to add custom lines below that when overwriting the entire script is not desired. players could copy this script to have this information available while playing, but wc-ng provides this, too, so I'll accept this "unfairness" against vanilla users.

the gamehud patch includes a p1xbratengamehud cubescript identifier which wraps vanilla's gamehud hook and will render a player list when spectating. this way, players can set gamehud just like they would on other clients. since the isdead function used in this patch only works when player1 is a spectator, there's also no unfair advantage to vanilla users.
