UI: Sync methods CRUD about robottelo HOT 5 CLOSED

Moving to Sprint 3

status about this issue.

Trying to be as verbose as possible :)

What is DONE?

1. done with adding basic sync plan CRUD functions
2. Done with adding basic test cases for sync plan so that CRUD functions be verified.
   a) psotive_create
   b) positive_update
   c) positive_delete

What is pending?
3) Updating update function to associate products to sync_plans.
4) Adding beyond basic tests for sync_plans
Example:- ( to name a few)
a) various negative_create
b) various positive_update
c) various associate_products to sync_plans

5. I believe this PR is ready for review and merge
6. Me planning to work on task 3) for this sprint and if time permits will work on task 4) too.

I do not plan to close this issue due to issue 3) as stated above and it would be still "In Progress"

Yeah we can close this now, CRUD stuff is DONE, moving to test cases.
