Update automation pipeline about robottelo-ci HOT 8 CLOSED

I'd say remove long run all together and let's ask @kbidarkar and @sthirugn to use a tier3 decorator for those tests.

The new pipeline looks good to me.

I disagree with @omaciel's proposal of changing longrun to tier 3. Longruns take very long time to run and can fail due to cdn timeout and other dependencies which are not directly related to satellite code. I prefer to keep the long run tests separate to maintain a clean history for tier 3.

@sthirugn then tier4? All tests need to fall into one of the tiers, so pick your poison :)

ha ha I thought about tier 4 when I commented earlier, but I didnt know if we can start a new tier.

Reopening the issue to address tier 4

SatelliteQE/robottelo#3222 need to be handled first then we will be able to create the job for it.

I was about to open a separated issue since this one is already done with the current robottelo status, that said, I would handle future improvements on separated issue. But don't worry we can use this issue for that.
