In the Symfony SE git is set to ignore the vendor directory. You can easily change this by editing the .gitignore file, and removing the "vendor" directory from the list, and you can be free from the installation nightmare.

So the fix for issue 7 and this fix should be used together ?
Or is one of the two enough to be able to install ?
Maybe this also should be added as information to the readme ?

@Bieleke Using git for vendors is the current standard practice for 3rd party bundles. However if you want to add a section to the readme for using SE vendors files then I'll happily accept the pull request.
