We don't want to scan everything as that would cause speed issues. For that reason, I am going to close this.
Additionally, in the IAM principals tab, if any item was excluded, it will still show up in the principals tab.
Perhaps we might consider having a separate tab for the scan log. However, unless someone highlights this as a desired feature, I'll mark this as a wontfix for now.
