I am guessing your environment does not have mcrypt installed. The process
for installing the varies by OS.

Function mcrypt_module_get_algo_key_size() is deprecated in PHP 7.1

I've created the pull request #67 to fix this issue

PR #67 is now merged to dot9 branch. This resolves the mcrypt issue.
