Issues w/ PHP 5.3.26 on Mac about fuelsdk-php HOT 4 CLOSED

getting the same error on both local Dev environments and servers. anyone know how to resolve this?

You need get a copy of ETFramework.wsdl from https://webservice.exacttarget.com/ETFramework.wsdl and pass in the location of the file using xmlloc params.

As mentioned by @jamesmoey you can download the wsdl locally and pass the location of the file in xmlloc params or pass true as the first parameter while constructing ET_Client to auto download the wsdl.

to resolve the date/time issue, you can use what @creatovisguru suggested or below:
date_default_timezone_set('America/Indiana/Indianapolis');
