Issue about Page developer/Vardefs.adoc about suitedocs HOT 7 CLOSED

I'm actually not sure if this supports indexes on the cstm table. From a quick look at the code I can't see anything that explicitly handles this.

I don't know enough to judge this or to write about this. I see some information here

When you say "custom field", that would normally be created in a separate table (for example, accounts_cstm so I guess it won't be indexed in the accounts table. But I don't know if there's something in the code to handle that case...

Maybe @JimMackin can shed some light on this?

Do you think we should add a sentence saying "this is not possible for custom fields"? Or are we too unsure to add anything at all?

Unfortunately indexes on custom tables seem to be unsupported currently. 👍 on updating the docs to reflect this.
