Hi @aleksei-zolotukhin , thanks for reporting the issue.

There is actually a locals variable to control if the the module should reuse existing provider or create new provider:

However it is NOT being used, I will create PR fix that and create a new tag after testing.

The provider name is alway the host name which will always be app.terraform.io, so there is no need to add extra variable. However you can override the hostname via url variable in variables file.
