Invalid OPDS XML about bicbucstriim HOT 6 CLOSED

Yes I know, the feed validator doesn't seem to like OPDS in general. The question is: Is your problem related to really invalid XML (i.e. the content from the calibre db) or is it about the feed structure? I tried to use a modern OPDS version, but also make it work with old OPDS readers like Stanza. So maybe I changed too much.

If Aldiko won't tell you, you could try to test this by using the small test library for Calibre from here https://github.com/rvolz/BicBucStriim/tree/master/tests/fixtures/lib2. That one has no invalid XML.

you are right, i didnt investigate further after having checked for valid xml. it might just as well have something to do with illegal characters in one of the items data fields. i am gonna try out your test library later and get back to you with the results.

I think Alkido didn't like that some navigational URLs were erroneously pointing to the bbs main site instead of the OPDS xml version.
I fixed those malformed URLs in this commit:
