This repository is set in a such way that merging PRs (including release PRs) requires an approval from another maintainer (effectively this repository has just two maintainers myself and @josephlr), so unfortunately I can't do a proper release by myself (well, I have publishing rights, but I don't want to do a release without changing code in the repository).

Would you like to cut a release before merging the pending PRs? I would prefer to merge the PRs first and release v0.2.1 with all accumulated changes.

getrandom v0.2.1 has been published https://crates.io/crates/getrandom/0.2.1
Now that this and v0.1.16 have been released, this issue can be closed.
