Seems to be fixed in nightly rustc 1.79.0-nightly (0ad927c0c 2024-03-21):

error[E0382]: borrow of partially moved value: `self`
  --> src/main.rs:30:25
   |
26 | #[derive(Builder)]
   |          ------- value partially moved here
...
30 |     #[builder(default = "self.calc_b()")]
   |                         ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ value borrowed here after partial move
   |
   = note: partial move occurs because value has type `V`, which does not implement the `Copy` trait

I can confirm that it is also fixed for me when I switch to nightly rustc 1.79.0-nightly (85e449a32 2024-03-22) .
