I would at least wait until we have support for custom allocators before feeling comfortable with an API freeze.
Also keep in mind that the semi-internal RawTable
API may still evolve, e.g. if we decide to switch to a different hashmap implementation in the future. This would be a breaking change for users of the raw
feature.

Ah, as long as there's clear goals that's good. I was mostly hoping that this wasn't going to be a libc
style "perma unstable because 1.0 is too hard" sort of crate.
