Footnotes extension about blackfriday HOT 2 CLOSED

Yeah this would be pretty nice. Maybe I'll poke around and see what I can come up with...

I'm working on this. At moshee/blackfriday@c23099e (diff of all new commits), here is my progress:

• Referenced footnotes supported
• Footnotes support both single lines and blocks
• Inline footnotes supported
• Link back to article (see #27 for what I mean)
• Lots of strenuous testing
• Benchmarks

I have a rough idea of how I want to implement the inline footnotes, but I'm on a train to the airport right now and we're almost there. We will see how much I can get done overseas.

All that's left is to add a bunch of stress-testing.

Since this is my first real open-source contribution, comments and criticism will be greatly appreciated.
