@CoolPlayLin this is because the ReleaseDate: 2023-2-7 in the previous manifest doesn't conform to the right standard. It should be 2022-02-07.

I think you could add a feature to verify the ReleaseDate ?
When it find the ReleaseDate isn't correct, It can still continue but not raise an error
