I am getting the same results using my windows environment as well as Ubuntu.
I do not have a Mac, so couldn't check on that env.

I suspected that optimization doing something crazy.
So in my local copy, I commented out all svgo related optimization, and now all my SVGs are rendering correctly. Only issue is that they are not optimized.
I have no clue how to correct the svgo optimization.

It seems it is a problem with svgo 0.4.5. I'll force the dependency to svgo 0.4.4. If you have time at this moment, could you debug it further and report problem to upstream?

I think I have fixed it with latest commit (by forcing svgo 0.4.4), please check.

Also fixes it for me. Can the public npm repo be updated to reflect this downgrade please? I just installed it and it installed the 0.4.5 version which broke everything.
