I dont think having migrations with the same name is good behavior. Ruckusing should detect that another migration exists with the same class name and prevent it from being created.
I will modify the framework so that it wont allow duplicate migrations to be created in the first place.
In the meantime, you should rename your 2nd migration to something else unique.
