Just wanted to comment and say that I'd personally be opposed to this, simply because it'd make the syntax more complex and it'd make parsing RBS files a lot more complex.

They are sometimes essentially depending types of other methods.
Some methods of Symbol call #to_s and then delegate to the String.

I'm not a fan of this proposal either. Like the previous comment says, it will will make the typedefs more difficult to work with. Making RBS more expressive would probably be a better goal. Also, maybe I'm misunderstanding, but isn't this already supported by include/extend?
