This file has been removed since version 1.2.1 to avoid affecting production environments. Use the version 1.2.1 if you want to be extra safe:

gem update did_you_mean

Even with this file included and shipped as part of the gem, the entire project and all the publicly released versions are still maintained and released under MIT. The "derivative" work evaluation/incorrect_words.yaml is released CC-NC-SA 3.0, but it is only used in the CI build, and none of the actual code in the spell checker depends on this derivative work at runtime. What this means is that your production code will never use it at runtime and the existence of the file shouldn't affect the license of your code base.

The next version 1.3.0 (bundled version in Ruby 2.6) will ship without any files that are released under the CC-NC-SA 3.0 license and the runtime dependency is released entirely under the MIT license.
