It seems that this issue has been resolved in the latest main branch of Prism. Let's wait for the new release of Prism.

Most likely an upstream issue that needs to be reported here https://github.com/ruby/prism as well.

Cop Lint/UnusedMethodArgument
also produces false positives, e.g.
def send_message(chat_id:, text:)
response = perform_request("/sendMessage", chat_id:, text:)
...
W: Lint/UnusedMethodArgument: Unused method argument - chat_id. You can also write as send_message(*) if you want the method to accept any arguments but don't care about them.
def send_message(chat_id:, text:)
Hope it's also fixed in prism head

This issue has been resolved in Prism. OTOH, the rubocop.gemspec does not have a runtime dependency on Prism. Therefore, there is nothing that can be resolved from the RuboCop side. Please update Prism when a new version is released.
