Not yet, but it should be fairly trivial to add.
That being said I think we might want to investigate whether we could produce a single executable that is not framework dependent so that we don't have to add support for each new version of .NET. @jeffrosenberg @ErikEJ Any thoughts on this?

@jmezach SqlClient has native Windows dependencies, so I think that is going to be complex - we would have to publish the tool multiple times and distribute a big NuGet package
