Yeah, of course my hack raises an error when you don't specify an interval.
A better one should be to specify type=float in the option decorator, like you did for info.

I ran into this issue invoking the scheduler via CLI:

flask rq scheduler --interval 100 -v

....
TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for -: 'str' and 'float'
