You're welcome to translate the book. I'd be interested in hosting the translated version at exploreflask.com, but my main concern is that I don't have an easy way to verify your work. If you do translate it I might just put a warning on it that the translation hasn't been verified, assuming you want it to be hosted along side the English text.

I don't have any specific recommendations. I haven't really dealt with translation before. I do know that Sphinx has some features that help with this, but I don't know how much they'd help you: http://sphinx-doc.org/intl.html
In any case, it's cool that you like the book enough to want to translate it. Thanks!
