Release qTox 1.4.1 for OS X about qtox-osx HOT 4 CLOSED

@RowenStipe it's been 3 weeks since I filed the issue about the 1.4.0 release which never materialised. I would like to ask if you have decided to no longer maintain the releases. If so, I understand perfectly, it's your time after all, but I need to know whether I should start looking for alternative OS X releases.

@RowenStipe I can see you've started working on the automatic builds at qTox/qTox#3340 and I am grateful. However, 1.3.0 which we are forced to use on OS X suffers from serious problems such as the crash caused by the log file and the loss of formatting for pasted text. So could you please upload one, hopefully last, manual release while the automatic build is in the works?

Thank you very much, especially for completing the automatic builds. I was initially unable to find the release because I was looking for it at https://github.com/RowenStipe/qTox-OSX/releases but then I saw it at https://github.com/tux3/qTox/releases instead. Thanks again.
