I don't quite understand your issue. What is wrong? What are the steps to reproduce it? I don't see any lines on your screenshot.

I've opened up my application and it shows no lines at the bottom and right, after I have displayed the menu once and return to the view, this is the result:

That's why you didn't see the line in the image above against the white background.

As long as it works in the example project, it must be something with your set up. I can't help you further without seeing the actual problem and code with my own eyes. Can you attach an example project where this issue is reproducible?

I experienced this issue in the example application. Use the drag gesture on the navigation bar to open and close the menu to reproduce this issue. It took a few tries of opening and closing it quickly.

Are you using the latest version? I'm unable to reproduce it...

+1
you can catch that artifact while interactive transitioning
I did not look at the code yet but my first guess is there is something going on with the rounding of floating points for contentview transformation calculations

Triggered by the hideMenuViewController method, I can fairly reliably replicate this issue in the simulator when using the iPhone Retina iOS 7 simulator in 64bit mode. Doesn't appear to replicate using any of the other simulators. I don't have an iPhone 5S to test on the actual 64 bit device. (This is not fixed by alvesjtiago's commit.)
