My maple mini r3 looks like this after upload some code using the latest Arduino_STM32 library on OS X Yosemite. But
- physically disconnect and reconnect device, the program not run and the serial device not appears.
- using
1eb90accan not restore.
What should I do ?

I have reverted bobc's pull request a3065... and this seems to have fixed the problem on Windows
Please can you retest.
Note you will need to put the board into perpetual bootloader mode to initially upload, and also it appears to be necessary to do a hard reset on the device. Some setting appear to be retained in RAM.
You may also need to hard boot (disconnect and reconnect the board) once after uploading from the new version.
Please let me know if this has resolved the issue
