Need more intrinsic functions about hcc HOT 2 OPEN

@wdx04 could you check https://github.com/RadeonOpenCompute/ROCm-Device-Libs/ and see if functions you need are implemented there? If they are implemented in ROCm-Device-Libs, I can certainly create C++ wrappers for them.

I used the following "direct3d" functions in my code:
operand is int32: max,min,abs,clamp,mad
operand is fp32: clamp,mad
max, min, mad is in the supported function list but I don't know if they support integer-type operand
Also I found implementations of these functions in the source code, for example, builtins.h defines a BUILTIN_CLAMP_S32 macro that implements clamp for int32 but it does not seem to be hardware-accelerated.
