Hi

Whilst this layer works fine when your source data is in OSGB36 (Eastings and Northings) it will not work too well if you have to transform everything from WGS84 (LonLat).

If you are doing this then I would suggest looking at Ordnance Survey's OpenSpace service (this layer uses the tile service) which as methods for the transformation.

Or, you could grab the GridProjection class from here (http://sourceforge.net/projects/osgbwebmaptools/ - also OS) which I believe is open-source.

Or, if you have a fair amount of data to transform and it is not dynamic then maybe pre-process the data, transforming it server side as opposed to via Javascript.
