Thank you for attaching the log file. The file is empty which tells me you were one of the unfortunate people who got a version which I now know is buggy -- I'm so sorry about that. In Settings > About..., if the version number is greater than v11.1 (well actually "11.1.0.1") then it's likely a bad version.
- Delete your old log files
- Download Libation v11.1 here
- Run v11.1 and see if you're still getting errors
- If yes, please attach the latest log file. Hopefully this will fix it though.
