rkt: fix the container timezone warning about rkt HOT 8 CLOSED

@jonboulle i got this fixed with deepak1556@4da26d0 for my Timezone. i tried to generalise by just adding share/zoneinfo to Extras but that failed during stage0 setup resulting in this

rocket_example  ❯ sudo ./rocket/bin/rkt --dir=. run -volume binary:/home/robo/github/rocket_example/NxtBin/Rocket hello.aci

@deepak1556 unfortunately we're dropping the error there; I filed #197 so that we can see what the actual cause is...

@deepak1556 I am not thrilled about adding zoneinfo to the rootfs but I suppose it is something we need to make a clear decision about. Paging @vc as the stage1 maintainer/expert..

@jonboulle cool now the issue is clear but weird it selected some random timezone

@deepak1556 This is likely #189 , I'll take a look at it now.

@jonboulle We could bind-mount /usr/share/zoneinfo into the stage1 rootfs at stage0, feels dirty. It's something like that or add /usr/share/zoneinfo to the rootfs.
