@philips what do you mean "take over the /var/lib/rkt folder"?

@jonboulle Like it will setup that directory by default and unpack the stage1 there. We should probably make it an explicit install subcommand or something.

@philips just to be clear, you mean for example it would create /var/lib/rkt/stage1, unpack the data there, and then every time it sets up a container effectively rsync from /var/lib/stage/ --> /var/lib/containers/abcdf1234/stage1/ ?

sudo ./rkt install

Maybe I'm out of the loop, but I don't get where https://github.com/coreos/rkt/releases/ac-1.0.0.afi comes from. Is that inside of the tar? How does a user know to run that specific string?
