OK. On ferme le bug. Visiblement ca a été corrigé dans les nouveaux firmwares (Grâce à nous).

Ok. Peux-tu poster le log détaillé de ce qui se passe quand tu prends une capture? (n'oublie pas de retirer du logs les informations confidentielles)

Ce problème vient de la version du firmware. Le plugins semble compatible avec la version 1.0.4.9 mais pas avec les versions ultérieures.
L'url permettant de récupérer les snapshot ne semble plus fonctionner. Il s'agit soit d'une modification de l'API soit d'un bug des version 1.0.5.X.
Un ticket (20190605180343) a été ouvert chez GrandStream. En attente de leur réponse.

Je viens de flasher mon gds3710 en dernière version 1.0.7.4 et je n'ai constaté aucun soucis ni de snapshot ni quoi que ce soit d'autre, tout est parfaitement fonctionnel :)
Le bug a sans doute été corrigé sur ce firmware.
