I believe that this coffee I am drinking is a bit bitter, and I should have added some milk. Beyond that, I don't really know.

I recently had something akin to a hissyfit on Twitter, but it was more poetic license.

I believe that we the people are stronger than our government.
I believe that we the people are stronger for each friendship we make.
I believe that we do not smile for ourselves, but for others. I believe our strongest mirrors are our neighbors faces, looking back at us.
I believe that we are more than our Twitter streams; our thoughts become rivers, our tweets the orchestra of phoenices.
I believe that we all wear black, because we all mourn, because we all must resist.
I believe that prayers can be answered, because every word is a prayer for understanding, every reading a sacred act.
I believe that our bodies are less important than their bodies, the other more worthy than the self.
I believe that it is better to live than to die, and it is better to give than to hoard, it is better to try than to wonder.
I believe that invocations of the heavens are worthy, even if the only heaven is in the future we can build.
I believe that beauty and love can bind us stronger than chords and kettling rings.
I believe that art is worth making, even if it is the only fruit of the tree in your garden.
I believe our tears can make an ocean worth sailing across.
I believe learning to spell is learning to love, because no magic was every made without learning, without education.
