Hi! If you login at SF, then there should be a 'Create Ticket' button at
the left.

IMHO, .par files look deprecated. Why not use more common SFV files?

Parchives can store recovery data while sfv files cannot.

FWIW I am not getting the 'Create Ticket' button, either. I do see it on other SF projects' tickets pages, but is missing for rhash. There seem to be no rhash tickets submitted in the past month on SF, so perhaps other users have the same problem, too.
