This might be a rendering issue of GTK on Windows. Can you check in the inspector whether the visible and fraction properties are set correctly? You can also try the magnifier on the progress bar and maybe a high contrast theme. If that doesn't help, I'd consider opening a bug report at GTK.

Yes it show up at magnifier, but when I zoom in/zoom out a little bit it disappears, and somehow the inspector too had an issues, the color on toggle bar didn't show up.

It was graphical issue, i change to nvidia instead iGPU and it work
(This is using iGPU with Intel)
(This is using dGPU with Nvidia)
This problem seem have the same issue (i guess)
