Well I think I figured out things that I didn't understand.

First of all, the Query that needs to be given to Is the query from Relay.Route, so something like

var Query = {
  viewer: (Component) => Relay.QL`
    query {
      viewer {
        ${Component.getFragment('viewer')},
      },
    }
  `,
};

The component that needs to be passed to is a Relay.Container which contains your component and the components data requirements in the form of fragments like:

  viewer: () => Relay.QL`
    fragment on User {
      widgets(first: 10) {
        edges {
          node {
            id,
            name,
          },
        },
      },
    }
  `,

And lastly, you don't put in your app, but instead use {this.props.children}.

from react-router-relay.
