Oh I forget that 1.0.2 was released by mistake. The latest version is 1.0.4 in the release page.
That tag only existed several hours and was deleted, how did Arch managed to build it
Please urge AUR to upgrade to the latest version.

I successfully rolled back to previous version and got it working for now:
Downgrading packages
pacman -U file:///var/cache/pacman/pkg/ydotool-1.0.1-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.zst- reboot
from ydotool.
