Failing to create alarms about openshift-on-openstack HOT 3 CLOSED

Hi Judd,
IIRC I've already seen this one when stack creation took more than 1 hour (IOW keystone token, which has default lifetime set to 1 hour, expired). Could you please check times in "heat event-list stackname" if this is the case?

For now quick fix is increase keystone token expire time. Mid/Long-term cleaner solution might be using keystone trusts - http://hardysteven.blogspot.cz/2014/04/heat-auth-model-updates-part-1-trusts.html to avoid updating keystone default configuration.

Or we could include some noops of some sort to avoid. I'll investigate.
