Describe the bug
can't upload an image to profile picture
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to Profile
- Click on Edit Profile
- Upload an Image for Profile
- spinner takes a long time then stops
- see the profile pic doesn't exist
Expected behavior
to see the uploaded image
