I think I know how to fix it, but to make sure I understand the relationship between display names and GDK displays and screens, please could you run this script in both of your screens and let me know what it prints on the console.

Please run the display.py script I attached; once I know the results of it it will be much easier for me to fix this bug.

Ok, here is the output from the script:

matighet@glockenspiel > ./display.py
Default display name is :0.0 with 2 screen(s)
Default screen is 0 on display :0.0 which has 2 screen(s)

matighet@glockenspiel > ./display.py
Default display name is :0.1 with 2 screen(s)
Default screen is 1 on display :0.1 which has 2 screen(s)

I've had a try at fixing this. Please could you checkout the latest svn and test it for me, because I only use one monitor so it's difficult for me to test. First open roxterm in one screen, then again in the other screen. If that works correctly, using the second screen, open things like the popup menu, about dialog and the various config dialogs and make sure they open on the second screen. With the config dialogs you should also find that if you open one on one screen, opening it again from the second screen should make it jump screens. Please also try dragging tabs from one screen to another, both to another roxterm window and on to the backdrop.
